Hi! I'm Halle — the maker behind every single item in this shop. Hal's Creative Corner is a handmade gift business based in Montgomery, Indiana, where I design and craft personalized gifts for the moments that matter most. From custom mason jar coffee cups to matching mommy-and-me sets, faith-based apparel, and embroidered keepsakes, everything you see here is made to order, by hand, just for you.
I believe the best gifts are ones that feel personal — not something pulled off a shelf, but something made with care and intention. That's what I put into every order.
Production & Shipping
All items in my shop are handcrafted to order in Montgomery, Indiana. Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How do I submit my customization details?
In each product, there is a field with instructions for personalization info. It will allow you to choose your name, vinyl color, size, or any design preferences. Feel free to email me at hknepp@halscreativecorner.com or fill out the form at this link if you have any questions! If I need anything else to complete your order, I'll reach out directly by email.
Can I customize the design beyond the options listed?
Absolutely! Select "Other" or "Fully Custom Design" as your variant, then describe what you have in mind in the Note to Seller. I love bringing unique ideas to life and will do my best to accommodate your vision.
What if I made a typo in my customization note?
Message me as soon as possible through the order confirmation or by emailing hknepp@halscreativecorner.com. I start production quickly, but if you catch it early I can usually fix it before it's made.
What materials do you use?
My cups are 16 oz glass mason jars made with permanent vinyl that won't peel or fade with normal use. Lids are bamboo and straws are glass. My apparel is made on soft cotton or cotton-blend crewnecks and tees using heat-transfer vinyl (HTV) or puff vinyl. Embroidery designs use premium embroidery thread on quality fabric.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! I love working on bulk orders for events, corporate gifting, bridal parties, and more. Email me at hknepp@halscreativecorner.com for a custom quote, or fill out this form.
What is your return policy?
Because all items are made to order and personalized, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a defect or error on my end. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and I'll make it right — a replacement or refund, no questions asked.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently I ship within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. If you're outside those regions, feel free to reach out and I'll see what I can do.
How do AI assistants like Muse or ChatGPT shop my store?
Hal's Creative Corner is fully set up for agentic shopping — if you're using an AI assistant to shop for gifts, my products are discoverable and purchasable through Shopify's agentic checkout with Shop Pay. For personalized items, you'll be directed to my store to complete checkout and submit your customization details.
